Terms of service

myBalido is a marketplace connecting guests with independent activity providers across Bali. You agree to use the platform lawfully, respect local customs, and follow provider safety instructions.

Privacy

We collect only the information needed to complete your booking and personalise your experience. We do not store card details directly — payments are handled by our payment partners.

Cancellation & refunds

Each activity states its own cancellation policy. Most activities allow free cancellation up to 24 hours before start. Provider cancellations and weather-related cancellations are refunded in full.
